Chevrolet is an American automobile group owned by General Motors (GM). EV1 was an electric car produced by GM from 1996 to 1999. It was the first electric vehicle with modern designs from a major automaker, the first GM car designed to be an electric vehicle from the outset.
The 2017 Bolt EV is an all-electric vehicle that can travel an EPA-estimated 238 miles of range in between charges. It won 2017 Green Car of the Year, as well as the 2017 Motor Trend Car of the Year award.
